Refund Policy Refunds are offered under the following circumstances; Our clients’ satisfaction with their orders is our topmost priority. We therefore ensure that they are furnished with all the necessary information required to make an informed purchase inclusive of detailed descriptions and images of apparel, accurate measurements and projected time required for completion.

We are happy to answer any further queries regarding specification of items and therefore believe that our clients are fully aware of terms and conditions when placing orders.

Once orders are confirmed, processed and the amount payable has been received, all sales are considered final and any cancellations, refunds, discounts, returns and/or exchanges will not be entertained.
